For new construction of asphalt paving, we will escavate the area, and apply 4-6 inches of 21AA crushed limestone appliaed in two lifts for optimum compaction. Install a leveling course of commercial grade asphalt(up to 2in) rolled to proper compaction and finished with a wearing course(up to 2in) also rolled to proper compaction for durability. Asphalt Milling and Resurfacing Services

Milling existing asphalt and adding a new layer of asphalt paving is an important part of many paving projects. For best results, existing asphalt should be milled to a maximum depth no more than 2 inches. This removes aging and deteriorated asphalt while providing a level surface free of surface fractures, and failed asphalt. As part of the mill and pave process, the surface will be leveled and wedged to improve drainage and to mitigate fractures or damage not removed by milling. This will allow the new material to be evenly distributed over the surface and will help it resist the effects of temperature and load.   • Asphalt Patching Services
Patching asphalt requires a systematic and multi-step process in order to obtain the best results. The first step is to clean all affected areas and remove any dirt, debris or substances that can disrupt proper adhesion. Once the area is cleaned, apply an SS1H liquid tack coat to promote proper adhesion between the new patch and the existsing asphalt surface. Next, machine install asphalt ensuring a smooth and consistent leveled surface acheiving proper run-off and consistent compaction and density.
  • Rip Out and Replace Services
Saw cut perimeter of area to be replaced. Next, machine remove asphalt areas to be replaced. Check existing sub-grade and level existing subgrade and roll and compact to proper density. Apply a tack coat of SS1H to the existing perimeter of each patch. Machine or hand apply 2in of commercial grade leveling course(base) and machine roll to proper compaction. Machine or hand apply 2in of commercial grade wearing course(top) and machine roll to proper compaction.
